Access

Someone with authority has to allow entry. That might be you on a planned visit, a family member, a neighbour, or another key holder. We do not invent a key-collection service.

Key safes, estate-agent access and key collection are configuration options. They are not offered on this page until the business confirms them. If you already have an access arrangement, describe it in the enquiry.

    We confirm when the work is finished. Photographs of empty rooms can be provided if you ask.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to travel to Cornwall for the clearance?

Not always. Many inherited and second-home clearances are organised from elsewhere. Someone still has to provide lawful access and decisions about what is retained.

Can you quote from photographs only?

Photographs often establish scale. They are not enough for every property, especially where access is awkward or the volume is hidden in lofts and outbuildings. We will say if a visit is still needed.
