• Photographs you choose to upload of a property or its contents.
• Telephone and email correspondence if you contact us directly.
• Technical data that the hosting provider records (for example IP address and basic request logs) in order to operate the site.
• Cookies and similar technologies, described in the cookie policy.

Why we use it

We use this information to reply to enquiries, assess and quote for clearance work, carry out agreed jobs, meet legal duties (including waste records), and keep the website secure. The legal bases will usually be steps before a contract, legitimate interests in running a service-area business, and legal obligation where waste or accounting law requires a record.

Photographs

Photographs are used only to understand the property and the job. They may show rooms, access and contents. Avoid sending images of other people, identity documents or anything you do not want stored with the enquiry. File upload storage is connected only when the business has configured object storage or a form provider; until then, treat photographs as part of the enquiry payload described on the quote page.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and, if a job follows, for as long as needed for the work, invoicing and any legal retention period for waste or tax records. A specific retention timetable will be added here when the business confirms it. Unused enquiries should not be kept indefinitely.

Processors

The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Quote and contact form submissions are emailed to the business mailbox via Cloudflare Email Service. Analytics will be named here before any non-essential tracker is switched on. We will not add advertising networks by default.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, corrections, deletion where the law allows, restriction or objection in certain cases, and data portability for information you provided. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
